  • Fast and Furious worthy

This car was not in the best shape at first but I changed all that for myself. I updated the things that it needed to extend its life. And now I'm sad to let it go. Only because I have some important things I need to take care of. But, I will get another one for sure in the near future. For now I have to say goodbye to a good well friend.

  • One of the best sports cars ever made

The S2000 is one of the best sports cars made. It has timeless style, very reliable and easy to live with on a daily basis.

  • The answer isn't always Miata

Not to malign the MX-5...its a fantastic car. But I've always felt it was a bit short on power. The Honda remedies this with a healthy but not overpowered 240hp and a scalpel-sharp chassis. If winding a 4 pot motor to almost 9k rpm doesn't put a smile on your face check your pulse...you might be dead.

  • Quality and commitment all in one package.

This vehicle was a longtime dream come true for me. Honda created brilliance on wheels when they rolled out the s2000. It?s bought nothing but smiles and happiness to me and family since day one of ownership. I was to hear that they decided to stop production on such a well rounded roadster.

  • Most fun for the money

I love this car. It always puts a smile on my face. It's not the most practical car so it doesn't get driven much but every time I turn the key (push the start button) it fires right up. I couldn't ask for a more reliable and fun sports car. The only downside is the size of the car, or lack thereof. I am 6'4 and weigh 250 lbs, so it is a bit of a tight squeeze. Besides that, I would say it's perfect.

  • GREAT DRIVING EXPERIENCE AND RELIABLE!

In my fifty, (yes 50), years of driving, the Honda S2000 rates very close to the top in so many categories. Performance, handling, with a six-speed manual transmission that is just a joy to by out on a country road and a sunny day. Add Honda reliability, and it's a great package that, if you are a car person, will have you waiting for that next driving outing with the top down.

  • Fun, reliable, and addictive

I've had my S2000 for 13 years. It's simple design is not something you will find in most newer cars. It has great performance for the cost and has never given me any problems. The only cons are that it isn't comfortable for long trips and that it will ruin you for any other affordable car out there.

  • Legal Go-Kart

My previous car was a 2006 Porsche Cayman S. This car, overall, is 95% of what the Porsche was, only this doesn't break. 9,000 RPM. Road & Track have its 0-60 @ 4.9 seconds. 24 mpg. How is it possible?! Girls sitting in passenger-side who want to change the radio station go crazy. It's hidden. And the controls for ac and radio are far from the passenger. I love its minimalistic interior, focused on one thing, and one thing only: the driver and his/her experience.

  • Unreal Honda S2000

Just bought a 2003 Honda S2000 with 14,000 miles. It's not a drag racer (0-60 in 5 something secs) but can it corner. Cement freeway cloverleafs at 55 and 60. (Tar is 20 % stickier). Sticks to the ground like it's painted on the road Fun to drive. Get a lot of comments like, "I'll bet that's fun!" I've put 3000 miles on it and I can't stop smiling. I'm 5-9, 175 and the seat bolsters fit me like a glove. Met a guy with an S2000 with 98,000 miles. He said it still rages down the road like it did when new. 2 liter, 4 cylinder, 240 horses at 9000 rpm. Screams like a Formula One. Highly recommend S2000.

  • What More Could You Ask?

I've owned a 2003 since new and I still love this car. It is reliable, quick, fun to drive, easy to maintain, economical and does not cost me an arm and a leg to insure like owning a Boxster or a TT would. The styling is timeless, if a little conservative, but we are talking about a Honda after all. A friend of mine, after driving it, termed it a 4 wheel motorcycle. I think he nailed it. I have driven it on the Dragons Tail in North Carolina - what a rush. The car is exactly what it was designed to be and doesn't try to be anything else. If you want to haul a bunch of people or gear, this is not your car. If you want to enjoy the wind in your hair, an engine that loves to be above 4000 rpm and cornering that will astonish you, this is your car.
