Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life I definitely regret buying a car here do yourself a favor and shop else where also not a veteran... friendly business.
Salesman strung us along for a week and a half. Every time we inquired about the vehicle we were interested in, it was like he had no idea who we were,... what vehicle we were interested in. We really wanted the vehicle so continued, stupidly, to try. The only reason I’m sure he is an actual employee and not some bored, crazy off the street is bc his picture is on their website. Otherwise I would think we were being scammed by an individual. His lack of interest in selling/dealing on a vehicle was laughable to say the least. I would not recommend this car lot.
Found a car in their inventory online, took a test drive on Monday. After a few e-mails with my salesman, Matt Masso (great guy!) purchased my 2011 Honda... Accord on Thursday. Great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy at all and very customer oriented.
If you find a vehicle and call for price, beware. I find after driving there that the price was raised by $700. Of course the sales manager said it was... a misunderstanding on my part. Surprise Surprise. I did purchase the vehicle after driving 4 hours just as they knew a person would. If you get a online price from these people I would suggest having them fax you a statement from a manager with price info before driving there
We purchased a used Honda CRV approximately 2 years ago and our experience with Buckeye Honda has been great. They treated us well during the purchase... process and have not stopped. We have hesitated in the past to use dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, but the service crew here is exceptional. We are treated with respect and kindness, and they never try to sell us what we don't need.
