Worst Customer service. Do NOT purchase
Worst customer service!! I have contacted them asking about the price for 2020 Accord sport. To save time, I asked the representative politely not to give me the MSRP because I know it. However, he sent me the price which was nearly the MSRP, I politely responded with” I told you, I know MSRP, I am asking for your discounted dealership’s price (If available), he responded to me and called me “RUDE”. I called the dealership and asked to talk to a manager and surprisingly, he was laughing and defending his employee and said that I should not told him “I told you” because this is rude. So in conclusion, the manager is also ok for his employee to call customers as “rude” for just asking for a price.
Buying a Honda
I worked with Nourde Honda online and over the phone trying to reach a deal for a Honda Ridgeline RTL. Unfortunately we were not able to reach an agreement. I appreciate trying to accommodate me from 3 hours away.
