The problem: Vehicles may exhibit extended cranking times and hard-to-start conditions after sitting. This is due to a software glitch in the engine control module.
Corrective action: Dealers will reprogram the engine control module.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under a special program in effect for eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the original vehicle-in-service date.
