Aston Martin brings its most potent sports car to North America for 2011 with the V12 Vantage, a 510-horsepower version of its low-slung two-seater that tops the V-8 Vantage by 90 hp. While the V-8 Vantage is available as a hardtop coupe or convertible with a choice of automatic or manual transmissions, the V-12 version is coupe only and manual transmission only. A Carbon Black special edition has unique metallic paint created by hand, carbon fiber side strakes, black 10-spoke wheels, black leather upholstery and black interior trim.
Exterior The V12 Vantage’s frame replaces welding with advanced adhesives for better vibration damping, and aluminum and magnesium components reduce weight throughout the chassis. Exterior features include:
