The problem: A fault in the electronic steering software may cause the electronic steering to malfunction in cold climates.
Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2014 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid
- 2015 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid
Campaign applies to Q50s registered in Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Corrective action: Dealers will update the electronic steering software.
Warranty info: This software update is being performed free of charge under this special service bulletin.
