The problem: Vehicles may exhibit a condition in which they cannot be locked or started using their Keyless Go function. This is due to a software glitch in the system’s control module.
Corrective action: Dealers will update the Keyless Go control module software to eliminate this condition.
Warranty info: This action will be done free of charge under Mercedes’ new-vehicle limited warranty.
