2017 Chrysler Pacifica: Recall Alert

Vehicles Affected: Approximately 600 model-year 2017 Chrysler Pacifica lowered-floor minivans modified by Vantage Mobility International
The Problem: The rear pinion bracket on both sides of the vehicle may crack, causing the axle not to be centered and the wheel to wobble, which could result in a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.
The Fix: Dealers will replace the pinion brackets for free.
What Owners Should Do: VMI will begin notifying owners today. Owners can call the company at 800-488-9082, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or visit www.safercar.gov to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
