CARS.COM — New on sister site PickupTrucks.com this week, it’s all Detroit auto show, all the time: The redesigned 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 makes its official debut; the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 takes a bow; and Ford’s Ranger mid-size truck has its own coming-out party.
