Introduced for the 2019 model year to serve as Cadillac’s entry SUV offering, the XT4 is getting some new colors and standard equipment for 2023. Cadillac also raised the model’s starting price to $37,490 (all prices include a $1,195 destination charge).
The Cadillac XT4 is largely carried over from 2022, but the brand is using the 2023 model year to make some minor revisions to the compact SUV. A noticeable update is the addition of two new exterior colors: Argent Silver Metallic and Radiant Red Tintcoat. In addition to the new colors, the base Luxury trim also now gets standard lane change alert, a blind spot warning system and rear cross-traffic alert, all of which were previously available on the Premium Luxury and Sport trims only.
All XT4 trims are still powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 235 horsepower and is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The 2023 Cadillac XT4 gets an EPA-rated 23/30/26 mpg city/highway/combined with front-wheel drive, and all-wheel-drive models achieve 22/29/24 mpg.
Pricing and Release Date
The 2023 Cadillac XT4 is available now. FWD is standard, while AWD adds $2,500 to the cost of all XT4 trims. Full pricing is below:
