The 2014 version of Jeep’s compact crossover is the automaker’s best yet, but Cars.com reviewer Joe Bruzek questions whether the updates do enough to make it competitive in a segment full of impressive vehicles. A well-behaved six-speed automatic and a high-quality leather interior option are wins this year, Bruzek says, but there are many more powerful, more fuel-efficient and better-equipped vehicles in the class.
