Effective immediately, buyers can receive 0% financing on 11 Chrysler models, including the Chrysler Town & Country, 300 and 300C; the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Commander and Wrangler; and the Dodge Grand Caravan, Charger, Magnum, Challenger, Ram and Ram heavy duty. This is applicable to both 2008 and 2009 vehicles.

In addition, Chrysler Financial will open up its lending to a wider range of credit scores, which means it will be that much easier for people without sterling scores of 700 to buy cars. A score of 620 will be sufficient to get you into a vehicle.

Chrysler had already formed partnerships with credit unions and other independent lenders to try to lure buyers, but this move should pack even more of a punch for the embattled automaker.

With prices already dramatically slashed, incentives falling from the sky and now 0% financing, there really hasn’t been a better time to buy a car if you can afford it.
