Does the 2016 Kia Sorento Really Need Quad Fog Lights?

Can you ever have too big a fog light?

Was this the question Kia designers were trying to answer when creating the redesigned 2016 Sorento?

Considering the fog lights’ quad-design takes up more real estate on the Sorento’s lower bumper than on most full-size trucks we test, that question wasn’t likely what led to this result.

How often is it even foggy enough to use these monsters? And do they do four times a better job than regular fog lights?

Doubtful.

We’re just guessing they’re just here to look cool.
