FCA Turns Up the Volume on Apple Music Offer
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto turn your car into an extension of your smartphone, but what if you’re tired of your phone’s tunes? Fiat Chrysler Automobiles just announced that it’s including up to six months of free Apple Music standard on any new Apple CarPlay-equipped Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep or Ram vehicle.

Using the CarPlay smartphone-connectivity system, motorists can make calls, send and receive messages, play audiobooks and podcasts, and get directions. And now, new FCA vehicle owners can add access to Apple Music’s catalog of 45 million songs.

Model-year 2018 FCA vehicles with Apple CarPlay include the Chrysler Pacifica; Dodge Durango, Challenger and Charger; Fiat 500X and 500L; Jeep Grand Cherokee, Renegade and Wrangler; and Ram 1500 and 2500/3500 pickup trucks.
New Apple Music subscribers will receive up to six months free. Buyers already subscribed to Apple Music will receive three months free. The initiative starts May 1, and shoppers are eligible for the deal through April 30, 2019.
