Vehicles Affected: Eleven model-year 2017 Lamborghini Centenario coupe and Centenario roadster exotic sports cars
The Problem: The certification label may have an incorrect weight limit, which can cause the vehicles to be overloaded; this may increase the risk of suspension or tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
The Fix: Dealers will install a corrected certification label for free.
What Owners Should Do: Lamborghini will begin notifying owners today. Owners can call the automaker at 866-681-6276, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4263 or go to www.safercar.gov to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
