“I have a Rogue SL AWD base model. I really like the exterior styling, fold-down seats, privacy glass and AUX port for an iPod. The black cloth interior is stylish; it has a very comfortable and roomy interior, with handy hidden compartments in back, roomy glove box, large middle console, a handy mute button with factory stereo, quiet highway driving and decent gas mileage. It handles nicely, and I love the safety rating. The intuitive AWD I am sure will be great, although I have not needed to try it.

“I do not like how basic the standard features are (some features that are in the premium packages should be standard). Nissan could have splurged for a bit more, like steering-wheel-mounted volume control, push-button seat adjustment and auto headlights (that is really bothersome to me!). A larger rear window would be nice, as well as standard fog lights, splash guards and the option to have built-in navigation.

“The drive computer buttons and other random controls could look a bit more modern, especially because the exterior styling is so sleek and modern. I find the Rogue loud during acceleration, although quiet when you reach your optimal speed and are cruising. My last car was a 3.5-liter Altima, so this car is a step down in the power department and feels a bit ‘putt-putt’ to me. It is definitely a four-cylinder. All in all, this is a nice, safe and practical car.”
