CARS.COM — Though known more for its work with Mustangs, Shelby American modifies Ford F-150s to make them bigger and badder as well. Its last two truck projects were off-road oriented, but Shelby just introduced its latest creation, which focuses on street performance: the 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake.
Shelby modified a 5.0-liter V-8 from Ford, adding a supercharger and numerous other enhancements to bump output to more than 750 horsepower. The exterior hints at the power found under the hood with prominent racing stripes, an aggressive new grille and Shelby logos all over the place.
The F-150 Super Snake will be limited to a run of 150 trucks, which start at $96,880 (not including destination). For more information and photos, check out our coverage at Pickuptrucks.com.
