Honda is recalling 2,277 vehicles so it can replace the electrical wiring harness coupler on some models. The affected models include the 2010 Honda Accord and 2010 Honda CR-V equipped with the four-cylinder powertrain, which totals a lot more than 2,277 vehicles. (Editor’s note: this originally said electrical wiring harness; we want to be clear that it’s the electrical wiring harness coupler.)

The wiring harness coupler may have been damaged during assembly in the above models, which could lead to engine stalling.

No injuries or accidents have been reported, but Honda encourages owners to take their vehicles in for inspection if they receive notification in February. Honda will replace the wire harness coupler free of charge.

For additional info, owners can contact Honda at 800-999-1009 and select option 4, or go to www.recalls.honda.com.
