Last seen on the 2021 model, Jeep is bringing the Upland special edition back to its subcompact Renegade SUV for the 2023 model year, as well as a popular paint choice: Solar Yellow.
The Upland builds on the base Latitude trim level and features a black hood graphic, black badging, cornering foglamps, automatic headlamps, a windshield-wiper deicer, 17-inch aluminum wheels shod in all-terrain tires, and revised front and rear bumpers. Inside are black cloth seats with bronze inserts, ambient lighting, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The Upland comes with the same powertrain as other 2023 Renegade variants: a 177-horsepower, turbocharged 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive.
In addition to the Upland edition, which adds $595 for a total of $32,185 (all prices include destination), Jeep is reviving Solar Yellow, with the popular $495 exterior color option now available on all Renegade variants.
