This place has gotten to be a VERY POOR experience for me. They lie regarding services and I will NEVER go back to them. I would rather drive to Hickory and get the level of service that Honda expects from their dealerships! Never ever going back! Because every time I go they give me a long list of things that need to be serviced and my trusted mechanic and I just laugh at the bull crap they say! If you think asking questions and insisting on the actual service checkpoint inspection I paid for, is bad then possibly the "owner's son" needs more training!!!! LOL poor customer service to blame the customer on your lack of performance...lol... wow!!!!

Purchased a new 2025 Ridgeline from Morganton Honda on Friday. Trip there was to look at the Ridgelines as I had never seen one on the interior. Plans were to shop several dealerships. An amazing thing happened...I was greeted by sales associate Helon Alvarado who was a no pressure, straight forward individual. And...the dealership had added no markups or unwanted accessories to the truck...unbelievable. The purchase price was fair and the trade in price for my F-150 was also fair. So, we drove home with a Ridgeline a short time later. I recommend Morganton Honda without reservation.

Great Staff and sales manager,2023 Hyundai Santa Fe,Car was fairly clean,and ready to view and drive,Got a great deal and I compared to 100 mile search, Only Problem and this seems to be everywhere, Only 1 fob Key And after 2 days I can't find anyone except Hyundai stealership,And they are totally insane on price,,I know better and should have demanded a second key,My fault and not Morganton Honda.. Overall I would buy from them again,, Just make sure they furnished 2 fob keys And My Sales guy,, Benny Paris will work with you to get you il the car you want...Good Honest Dude.
