HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! Do not work with this Range Rover service department. We took our brand new 2025 Range Rover due to the coolant level sign turning on. We have Megan as the service rep. The car got dropped off on Tuesday, last week. She was going to give us an update the next day. We didn't hear from her by Thursday so we called and left a message. Never heard back. We tried again on Friday and not call. Finally we called to escalate the call to someone that will have the courtesy to call us back. The entire weekend no one called us. Today is Tuesday, November 25th and finally Megan returned our call and said the Technician is reviewing it but we believe she was lying and hasn't even had the car reviewed yet. She is very unprofessional and unresponsive. We have 6 cars from high end to regular brands and when we take our cars to service, the service rep will call us and give us a status on our car. This rep at Range is horrible. Do not waste your time here. I just told her we are picking up our car and taking it to Thousand Oaks Range Rover as we called them and they were extremely nice and said we would get the coolant checked out to ensure there is no holes or leaks and get it fixed immediately. What a difference. It is unfortunate that Woodland Hills is very close to my house but I have to go away and drive to Thousand Oaks just to get my car serviced. I would also NEVER buy a car from this dealer as this service is a reflection of their dealer. I can't believe this dealer can treat customers this way when you buy a high end car. Unbelievable but I'm not shocked as I did some research and read about other customers having the same issue.

I recently purchased a 2015 Tesla Model S from AutoNation

I recently purchased a 2015 Tesla Model S from AutoNation Land Rover Woodland Hills, and the entire experience was fantastic! Dino was the person who helped us, and he made the process incredibly smooth and easy, even though I was coming from out of state to buy the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming, and the environment felt super homey. They made sure the car was spotless and looking its absolute best when I arrived. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the extra touches, they even sent me off with a bunch of snacks for the road! Small things like that make a big difference and really show how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend this dealership and Dino if you’re looking for a seamless and friendly car buying experience!

We were told that the service appointment would be 2

We were told that the service appointment would be 2 days. It ended up being 5, and only 2 of the 5 tasks were complete. I tried to get updates along the way with almost no responses until day 4. Very disappointing first experience with Land Rover Encino. I hope to get my car serviced elsewhere in the future.

Great service from top to bottom.

Great service from top to bottom. My vehicle was inspected from tires to any type of leaks. Love that they are honest and send me the video of what needs to be repaired.
