Usually a good experience but service agent was rude when...
Usually a good experience but service agent was rude when asked if car could be taken back to get checked out and fixed after an issue with the car was not resolved. Issue was eventually fixed after insisting that the car was still not functioning properly. Will most likely pick a different service agent who has better customer service.

Excellent service. The staff looks good in white shirts and ties; however, the waiting area needs a complete makeover/upgrade! The dealership on West Sahara is much more comfortable.

I love Centennial Toyota Service departnent. I was so happy last week they foynd my ac issue even thoygh it was difficult to find. Best of all the fix was not as expensive as I was expecting and in the desert I have cold air again!!!
