Looking for a station wagon is a bit of a trick today, hardly anybody makes one, But I found a 2004 Mercedes Benz at Premium Auto Sales through cars.com. A little leary of an 18 year old car, but seeing the free carfax, low miles, and several pictures got me interested. As I am 100 miles away, I asked questions via email, got quick, honest responses from Russ. Driving to see it, I was not disappointed. Vlad made the sale quick and easy, gave me a good price for my trade in. Love the car and really felt comfortable doing business. I had even gotten almost home, realized I forgot my garage door opener, called them, and Russ offered to mail it to me. Definitely will go back!

I came in to look at and test drive a vehicle on a Thursday. Russ was very nice and answered all of my questions. My wife and I test drove the vehicle and loved it. I came back on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. It was a very painless and friendly process. No hidden fees or shady games. The only issue I had with the vehicle was door hinges that were sticking, and Russ offered to replace them at no charge. I very highly recommend this establishment. Exceptional service and professionalism!

I highly recommend this dealership and and Vladimir, the salesman with whom I dealt. The car I bought from Premium was exactly what I wanted, very fairly priced and in terrific condition with an excellent service history. I live in Chicago and was somewhat hesitant to go all the way to Mundelein but it was very much worth the trip. Should I need to purchase another car in the future, I will go back to Premium first.

I bought a used Lincoln Navigator from premium auto sales. I worked with both Russ and Vladimir. The car was in better shape than 4 other ones that I looked at. They let me test drive it by my self and bring it home to show my wife who was going to be the driver most of the time. We where able to put together a great deal. When I went to pick the car up the drivers side window did not work. They told me not to worry and bring it back and they would have it fixed no matter what was wrong with it. Not only did they have the problem fixed but let me use a car for a day while mine was in the shop. Total honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to any one looking for a great car and a great deal!!!!! I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!

My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ.
