He scheduled my appointment, followed up with me to make sure I was OK with the service that needed to be done, and gave me a quote on the total cost. Once I arrived, he had everything in order. I recently bought a Toyota Camry advertised online with Auto Nation at West Colonial and had a great experience. The closest dealer was the Airport Auto Nation so I called and My salesperson, Kenneth Tillman there and he was able to work it out so that the car be delivered to this Dealership which was closest to me. He was so awsome as patient and transparent about explaining everything to me. The whole process, including financing, went smoothly. There was no pressure, no hidden fees and the car was in excellent condition. I’d definitely recommend this dealership, especially if you're looking for a no-hassle experience, no gimmicks and full transparency. Great experience always with AutoNation.

Excellent customer service Jeff was friendly and helpful. I received a video from service technician detailing the work that was completed. The only complaint I had was I purchased a set of front windshield wiper blade refills and felt that $42.78 was a bit expensive for 2 replacement blades
