Went in for an airbag sensor replacement, was greeted by a friendly staff member and was done within an hour. Clean lobby and waiting area, was able to use a courtesy vehicle while my car was being serviced.

Incomplete
I am forced to use the dealership for warranty repairs. Otherwise I would fix all repairs myself. I am not sure how their technicians are trained, but I believe it is to take as many shortcuts as possible and get the customer back on the road, even if that means not completing a job. If you are anal about ensuring your car is fixed right, don't expect miracles here. For example they used only water for my cooling system. No pink coolant whatsoever could be found in my system. Winter would definitely freeze my radiator and engine block. Luckily I caught it. They also didn't put my cylinder head on correctly the first time which caused oil to leak into my charged air line and intercooler. Next they didn't tighten many bolts and nuts or they didn't even bother to put them on, causing me to tear into my engine and tighten everything down the way it should be. The actual customer service is good though and I could have gone back 16 times to get everything done right, but I don't want to spend my life at the dealership.

Expected better
As a part of my purchase, I had window tinting as a "We Owe." The tinting work was good, but the temporary registration tag was put in my front windshield. The document clearly states that it must be placed on the rear of the vehicle and visible for 20 ft. I assumed that the dealer knew what they were doing. Wrong. I was pulled over by the Utah Highway Patrol this morning and given a warning for improper display of temp tags. When I brought this to the attention of my sales person, he said that this is the first time he had ever heard of this. Possible, but unlikely. I was expecting an apology and offer of recompense for my inconvenience. Didn't happen. Dealerships should know the laws and follow them even if it means 5 more minutes to secure the temp tag to the licence plate area. I used to be a promoter for Strong (this is the 3rd Golf I've purchased from them), but now I'm a detractor. Feeels bad, but that's my experience.

My experience with Strong Volkswagen
I was having my Passat serviced and it was getting close to the end of the lease. Started looking at the new Tiguan SEL. Dominic the salesman helped me out with all my questions. He set up an appointment for the same day. Picked up my wife and test drove the Tiguan SEL and with the help of Tim Flanagan the Business Manager and our Salesman Dominic we went home with a new Tiguan. They made it a very easy transaction.
