We bought a 2015 Accord Hybrid, and got a great service from our salesperson, Khaled Elridi. He worked with us on the price and got us the exact car we wanted. Khaled made sure to get all information from us ahead of time so that the sales processing time was very quick. He seemed to share our excitement about the purchase -- which adds a pretty good personal touch! Kain Schenk, the finance manager we worked with, was also very efficient. He did ask us about all the add-ons, as he should, but didn't try to be pushy or patronizing.

Having bought only brand new cars in the past, I started my search for a used Accord with concerns about the risks of undetected problems. Fortunately, Jae Kim helped me get all the information I needed to buy the car I wanted with confidence. He patiently answered my many questions and accommodated my need for multiple visits to the dealership to test drive the car. He also allowed me to take the car to an independent auto mechanic for an inspection. Then, when I had last-minute questions about something I did not notice until driving the car back from the inspection, he was quick to ask someone from the service department to ride with me in the car to check it out. I could not have asked for better customer service, and Jae Kim?s expertise, professionalism and good-natured personality made him a pleasure to work with.
