He took lots of time answering many questions and allowing me to test drive not once but twice. What started as just another car hunting trip as my old car was getting an oil change turned into a sale. I was very happy to purchase and drive away in my new Accord EX-L. I appreciate the fact that the dealership prices the used cars more reasonably than their competitors, and because of that there may not be as much negotiating room. No, they didn't give me as much value on my trade-in as other dealers offered, but they started out at lower prices for comparable vehicles than the competition. Jae was always knowledgeable and answered any question we put to him without pushing anything on to us. We quickly reached a deal without my feeling badgered and he was always available at his cell phone number when questions arose. He and the others at Honda were always willing to work with me to try and make the process as smooth as possible. The quality of Honda products has impressed me for yours, and the outstanding service at this particle dealership means that when in the future I am either looking for a vehicle or service, Auto Park Honda in Cary will be my first choice.
