Bought a car for my son BDay and college graduation gift. Was paying cash , shy of the asking price no negotiating. Financed the car 2-3 months in No Title to the car that I put $1,000 into for my son. Next car Audi Broke down on 80. The Acura didn’t have brakes , rotors shot to xxxx and xxxx near no brake pads.. They didn’t want to give me my money back at first like I’m going to keep my son in a piece of xxxx. Then Bob had the nerve to tell my son if your mother wanted you to drive something in excellent condition, she should have purchased you a newer vehicle. Well Bob ,that’s the best advice you could’ve gave us, because that’s exactly what I did.. Also they don’t have their business license available nowhere.. BBB and consumer affairs are gonna love this.. #Peach

I love this place, every car I will ever own from now and then will be from Import Auto Sales. The customer service is great and everyone is very professional. Today Steve . went out of his way to help me get a 2010 Audi A5. The process was very easy and they were very helpful and before handing me the keys they made sure all the fludis and air on tires are good,they care about the customers Keep up the great work guys!!

I bought a car from the owners son and went through the dealership. They must have manually turned off the check engine light because it came on within a few days of having the car! They refused to fix anything wrong with the car and implied it was my fault, whereas all I did was drive the car home and bring it to my mechanic. Worst service I've ever experienced! THEY SELL xxxx CARS!!!!!!

My wife and I had an unbeleivable experience. We visited Imports Auto in search for a second car. We started looking around when we were greeted by the owner. He made us feel comfortable with no pressure. The buying experience was fast and pleasant. Great prices, great selections. I highly recommend it.

I did confirm that the vehicle of my choice was available before going to check out the car. When I reached I was told that the car has been taken by an employee for vacation. I was also told that once the person comes back I will be notified. I did not receive any till now when contacted again the sales person told me that the employee has not returned yet . Neither any effort made to contact the person. This is weird.

I purchased a 2007 Scion tC with 89,000 miles from the dealership back in 2012 and the experience I had with the dealership was very pleasant. I walked on to the lot unsure of what I wanted to purchase and walked off the lot with my first car the same day. The salesman was very friendly and helped me to make my decision for what to purchase. The tC caught my eye and the salesman was straightforward enough to tell me that they thought buying a scion was a very smart decision. After inspecting the car for a little bit I decided to make the purchase. They were very reasonable with the price and even helped me out by fixing some cosmetic damage on the front bumper even though I was buying the car "as is". I still have the car to this day and it runs just as smoothly as it did the day I took it off the lot. They were extremely reasonable and pleasant to deal with and I have and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.
