Sales people are okay but watch out for the managers, they lie. Told me the company that owns the truck is selling it but Karplus was on the title. Told me all fluids were changed. Oil was black and it had the wrong drain bolt and wasn’t even torqued to spec. If you buy just make sure the car is good, if you don’t work on cars bring someone who does because they won’t tell you the truth. Detailing was rushed too and still dirty, they might as well not even clean it. Everything is done with a lip stick on a pig mentality. Richard was cool and helpful, no issues with him but there is a definite say whatever you need to in order to make a sale. Finance was great too, got me out in a decent amount of time since I was pre-approved. Got a dealer add on removed and was brought down from like 3k down to 700 but after that they wouldn’t budge. They sell their cars as is but the price reflects a car that isn’t what they are listing it as. Do your own due diligence. I bought the one they had because it was everything I needed and I’ll fix the rest myself. I would come back, it’s a used car dealership, just know what your walking into. And the lady in the office ( I forgot the name, I’m sorry) was really pleasant and great to get along with.

Juan Acevedo was the salesperson that helped us throughout our car buying at Karplus and he was tremendous. He was very professional and answered all our questions to e:ery vehicle that we saw. He was very patience with us and treated us with respect and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Overall our experience with Karplus has been amazing from walking the lot with Juan to sitting down finalizing the deal with Orlando, who also did a fantastic job explaining the whole process. Yes Lou,Christian, and Richard most helpful in the process in purchasing a older Mini Cooper clubman with the best they could provide and also the financial finance department was great on handling the other details for closing the sale.
