I just cant stop thinking of this important event in my life that just happened. A big life surprise. A dream come true. Because you and your team helped me so much. I truly appreciate all the kind and wise guidance with the purchase of my first CAR I Don't have enough words to thank you MR Steve and Your team for all the outstanding service, it's was an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. This it's a life changing event for me and For my little son. So we both can start a new life journey here in Myrtle Beach. Im sure and have all the faith that God it's protecting and watching over us. But NOW I feel very happy because my babe Alexander and I will be SAFE for many years to come! Great Experience!

I had been thinking of trading in my older vehicle for a 2017 Camry. Although I contacted several dealers, including dealers who sold other makes of vehicles, I decided to inquire about an Internet price I saw at Sparks Toyota. Terry Marcum responded to me and answered my questions promptly so I drove from Calabash, NC to meet him. Terry was knowledgeable and did not pressure me to buy. However, the end price was just what I had in mind and Zachary Johnson took care of the financial portion efficiently. I definitely recommend Sparks Toyota!

2nd Purchase

Everything was wonderful, I called Steve E. Amd he assigned Todd to assist me. I already knew what I wanted, all I had to do was pick a car. Zach was very informative on the paperwork by explaining it all to me. The Cashier was nice and friendly as well. Oh and Patrick took the time to program my car and show me how to use everything. This dealership has a village and will always have my business

Once again Sparks was great!

This was our third car purchase from Sparks Toyota, and just like the first two we had a wonderful experience. From discussing what we wanted, to the price, to the financing, and to the review of the equipment by the salesman everything was handled in a professional, but friendly manner. Although everyone was great, I wanted to mention that Mike DeCarlo was especially helpful and very easy to work with and he went out of his way to get answers to several technical questions we had.

My Rav 4 was my first purchase from Sparks.

Joe was very competent, courteous , and accommodating. The staff was friendly , competent, and eager to please. I love my Rav 4. The service department has been wonderful!Everyone meets me with a big southern smile and greet customers as "family". They inform customers of what to expect , approximate time needed for service, escort customer to waiting room with huge TVs, free coffee & cookies, comfortable seating, spacious environment with lots of windows which allows customers opportunity to see everything that is going on around them& don't feel claustrophobic. Nice clean& spacious restrooms. Every employee is informed,accommodating , courteous. Matthew came in and sat beside me to discuss service, repair needs , and answered my questions on future need of tires, present status of treads, and conversed about comparisons I had researched with anticipation of future needs. He was very informed and respected my interest. Thanks to all Sparks' staff!

Came in for oil change, left with new car

I have driven a Toyota for over 30 years and my husband and two children own Toyotas but did not know if Toyota would meet my current vehicle needs. As my salesman, Michael Holmes listened to my comments and lead me to the perfect car.

Great experience!

We are not fans of new car shopping but the people at Sparks have changed our minds. Robert Ward took us on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and then programmed the car for us along with syncing our phones. Mike Holmes was very thorough in explaining everything and leading us through the initial paperwork. Jay Garner was very easy to work with and made the financing quick and easy. We were delighted with every aspect of our purchase. Thank you!
