Easy to schedule a routine service. Quick and efficient check in at arrival. At the time I scheduled the service and at arrival, Joseph Stanton informed me of the expected time for completion. Joseph kept me updated during the wait and had me on my way quickly after the work was completed.

Joseph (from New York) was my Service Manager today. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way with the service. I will always ask for Joseph from now on for any and all my service for our VW.

The staff is very professional and helpful especially

The staff is very professional and helpful especially Tyler Z. My car was serviced promptly and they even helped me contact warranty to take care of issues. I was given a snazzy new loaner for a few days which was a plus. They also washed my car!! Always a pleasure to go to Steve Whites VW. Highly recommended.

If you are a young buyer or first time buyer, avoid this

If you are a young buyer or first time buyer, avoid this dealership. I am 23 and was treated less-than other clients in the showroom. I know how the car buying process works. They assumed I was uneducated and had no clue what I was doing. Would not buy from this dealership.
