The staff got me in the very next day after i called for
The staff got me in the very next day after i called for an appointment. They also made sure i knew exactly what else, besides the ones i requested, that they felt needed to be done. They shuttled me home and back to the dealership with no charge. They are great.

I was very disappointed with my service.
I was very disappointed with my service. I was told it would be only a few hours to work on my car. I dropped my car off at 730 with an 8 am appointment. I had to call 4 different times to finally talk to Yen my advisor only to be told my car was not ready and I could not pick it up until the next day. I had to call off of work because I could not get a loaner car . Very disappointed.

Kevin Moser is a great service advisor!
Kevin Moser is a great service advisor! He is friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. He was able to reduce my bill with a coupon and I am grateful. The technician identified my problem and fixed it. Recently I had my oil changed at an independent repair center near my home. They recommended almost $1000 preventative maintenance based on the 3 different fluids being dirty. The RR Nissan technician checked those levels and guess what? They were not dirty and were nowhere near the recommended mileage for changing. have found my new service center!
