When I dropped off the car no one was there to help me.
When I dropped off the car no one was there to help me. So young man came up took my keys and moved my car. But no one else came outside to talk to me. I had to go inside and wait for 15ish mins before someone asked if I was there to pickup a car. When I said no, he helped me with getting my vehicle serviced.

I took my vehicle in on a Friday morning (scheduled appt)
I took my vehicle in on a Friday morning (scheduled appt) and didn’t hear much back, unless I reached out. My car was not actually seen until Saturday afternoon. So I’m not sure what the purpose of having a scheduled appointment if my vehicle is not going to be worked on within that timeframe. Also, the work was covered under warranty however I was charged $100 that I was not made aware of until I actually picked up my vehicle. I got other work done that was not covered and was made aware of the price of that but when I arrived, it was $100 more. The manager did not offer $50 but it’s still the point of not letting me know upfront about the cost.

Went in with a check engine light issue.
Went in with a check engine light issue. Received my quote with a follow-up call. Joe also checked to see if I had any warranties that could be applied - ended up saving me close to $600. Got my vehicle back within 24hrs of approving the quote. No more check engine light!

Eric worked hard with our Endurance Maintenance provider to get us our reimbursement for cover items. Eric also had our driver's seat and center console repaired too. Eric, Jim, and Jerry are making Round Rock Nissan a full Service Dealer able to handle and kind of repairs from Seats to Struts.
