I was looking at a car they had posted (used).

I was looking at a car they had posted (used). I went in to look at the car, the car wasn't ready to be sold they had to service it. I keep reaching out to see if they had the car ready, they then said it was waiting parts. A week after I followed up again, the salesperson told me one of the Managers decided to buy the car.... Complete waste of time, I do not recommend anyone come here.

I contacted the dealership for a price quote.

I contacted the dealership for a price quote. After failing to get a quote, I reached out and spoke with a salesman named James Seo. Based on other quotes I have received, I asked him if he was willing to do better. Instead of providing a quote, he said I should go buy it from whoever offered that price. And I did just that. I went ahead and bought the Ioniq 9 from their competitor.

I am 63 years old.

I am 63 years old. I have lots of experience leasing/buying cars. This was truly my best experience ever. I expressed interest online. Received immediate response from Juan Z. Never was I pressured, made appointment, went in and once again, I never felt pressured, Juan was informative, professional, friendly, best service I have ever received buying a new car. I left In my new car feeling like I was part of a new family. Aladin in finance was real and friendly. And the wonderful man who got us approved was also incredible. I feel horrible that his name is escaping me right now. I see the past reviews are not that high but ownership has changed and the service is now incredible. Once again ask for Juan Z. He is amazing. He actually made the long process fun!!!

After we signed papers, and we’re ready to take our 2023 car and go home, all further mention of the trade-in amount was denied. This is called “Bait and Switch.”
