AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!!!!!!!! THEY CANNOT FIX YOUR CAR AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. 0 STARS AND THE CUSTOMER SURVEY WILL REFLECT THAT. THIS DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ZERO REDEEMING QUALITIES

This is the most incompetent service department I have

This is the most incompetent service department I have ever witnessed. Communication from the service department was horrible. Service had my Vehicle for 2 months with no updates unless I reached out. As a loyal customer thats paying over 1k monthly this quality of service is unacceptable. Till this current day your team have not figured out the issue. I really need a solution because this investment has become a nightmare. Elaine C Service Department was our service rep we recieved no call no solution noupdates Poor customer service.
