Simple, Easy Process. Right Price.

Simple and easy. Used TrueCar through my bank to purchase a 2016 WRX Limited through Patrick Subaru and the whole process was straightforward. Worked with Bob LaCrosse, a veteran salesman, and his experience was evident. I had a pretty confusing trade in (title in wrong name, registration w/ wrong insurance, etc) and he took care of everything. My bank was also a huge hassle, nitpicking on the provided paperwork and multiple staff at Patrick bent over backwards to secure the transaction as quickly as possible. If that wasn't enough, I somehow got a giant bolt embedded in my tire the day before I was scheduled to trade it in and they honored the original agreed upon trade in value without hesitation. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Patrick Subaru!

pretty easy process especially if you do some homework ahead

Minimum of "back and forth". Fair price for my trade in. Was NOT going to buy that day but did. I hope the service department is good as sales.

New car

Walked in and drive away with new car within two hours, great service. Easy choice compared to other makes of cars, bought Forrester. Sales person excellent.

Outback purchase

Great experience buying new Outback and trading Forester at Patrick Subaru. Third Subaru purchased there. Nate Goodro was wonderful to work with throughout the whole experience.

Couldn't be Happier

We have done business with Patrick Subaru for almost 20 years now. Our treatment has always been courteous, honest and professional. We have never once felt pressured into buying anything. Joe Dineen is a great salesman - we brought our elderly neighbor to him and then our daughter when it was time for them to buy a vehicle. We trust him and highly recommend both Joe and all the staff at Patrick Subaru - we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Never again...

We recently bought two used Subaru models in a 48 hour period. 2014 Crosstrek at Patrick, 2008 Forrester at Long Subaru in Webster. We spent 2x as much at Patrick as at Long, based on model and year; 22k versus 11k. The salesman at Patrick seemed snotty and aloof. their finance closer kept pressuring us to get costly and REALLY questionable extended warranty coverage - (DON'T DO IT!) At Long, Matt Orn was the best car salesman we have met in a decade. He went the extra mile and found a couple accessory items needed for the car at no cost to us. Patrick did not get an inspection sticker, would not fill the gas tank and offered no other perk. Long Subaru had the sticker before we left, filled the tank and will give us our first oil change for free. SEEMS PRETTY OBVIOUS DOESN'T IT?? We were reluctant to deal with Patrick as this is the way they always were in the past, but in the used market one has to follow what is available. However, never, NEVER again.....

Another successful purchase from Patrick.

This was my 4th Subaru purchased from Patrick. I've worked with Bob Lacrosse for each purchase. Each time he has proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Simple car buying experience

Easy and honost. Great car at a great price. And steph explained everything awesome! Gave us a fair trade in and no going back and forth on the price. Best car buying experience.
