Excellent service.

Excellent service. Kamel was great and very informative. I am really happy with the service department. The car drives like it is brand new. I would certainly recommend the service department at Mercedes Benz Westminster.

Service department was extremely professional.

Service department was extremely professional. Nate, my service writer, kept me in the loop and made sure the repair was done on time. The loaner car was ready when promised.

I bought my 2023 all-wheel-drive sprinter based on the

I bought my 2023 all-wheel-drive sprinter based on the overwhelmingly good experience I had with my 2016 4 x 4 sprinter. The mechanical problems that I have had with this current van and the difficulty in getting them repaired in a timely fashion would cause me to never buy a Mercedes-Benz sprinter again. That fact is disappointing because I am an enthusiastic van driver and use my van as a daily driver and personal vehicle. This vehicle is so unreliable that it?s impossible to count on it as a sole vehicle. I cannot imagine that an owner operator of a small business could survive in a Sprinter. That fact is disappointing because I am an enthusiastic van driver and use my van as a daily driver and personal vehicle. This vehicle is so unreliable that it?s impossible to count on. I cannot imagine that an owner operator of a small business that relies on his van for his living could survive with this vehicle. I appreciate the service managers tremendously, but in the end, the quality of the repair work seems to be lacking and now after several trips to the dealership that is five hours away, I have my vehicle too full of oil.
