Service department is absolutely terrible.

Service department is absolutely terrible. I will never take any of my Mopar back to them. 34 business days with out a vehicle and still waiting.

Negotiated the deal over the phone with Terry Wilson. The dealership was very accommodating and easy to deal with. I am pleased with the car and the buying experience.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! CHIP COOPER/BEN NELSON TERRIBLE

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Ben Nelson and Chip Cooper are why car sales owners/managers have a sleazy reputation. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. We’ve had to hire an attorney to handle what should have been easy and simple with basic communication. They sold us a warranty they FALSELY REPRESENTED that didn’t cover anything they stated and within 864 miles the truck needed over 7k in repairs.

Son trades his nice 2019 3500 for a used 4500 I fe

My son just traded his 3500 truck in for a used 4500 yesterday took them all day and drove it to work today engine light comes on and front end shimmys I wouldn't buy nothing from these clowns

Misleading Salesman About Used Vehicle For Sale

Earlier this week I called and spoke with one of their used car salesmen about a white used Ford Explorer they had for sale. I inquired if there were any issues with the body, engine, transmission and if the vehicle was a non-smoker vehicle. He said there was no issues with the vehicle. I told him I was in Spartanburg and that I would need to leave work early to get there before they closed. I drove 70 miles round trip to see the vehicle. Test drove the vehicle and when I stopped down the street to check the vehicle, I found multiple rust spots on the roof of the vehicle and when I opened the back lift gate, there was white over spray up at the top near the rear window that made it evident that the lift gate had been replaced as the interior color at the top was not white. The headliner was falling down as well. No wonder used car salesmen continue to have a poor reputation. Terrible customer service with a lack of honesty and integrity.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & WORK!!!!

AMEN BROTHER!! EVERYTHING THESE REVIEWS SAY ARE 100% TRUE. DON’T LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. THEY ARE CROOKS & DAMAGED MOTOR ON MY MINE. HAD WORK DONE THERE BECAUSE THEY WARRANTED IT FOR 2 YEARS. WELL THEY WON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND IT WAS VERY RECENTLY DONE. COOPER, THE OWNER WILL NOT TALK TO ME OR CALL ME BACK. I’VE BEEN TRYING TO TALK WITH HIM FOR OVER A WEEK. Jeep Repairs

We had our Jeep worked on to replace a brake vacuum booster along with a few other things. The work was done very quickly and was ready for pickup the next day. Cooper Motor Company staff was friendly, polite and helpful. A mechanic even came out to answers a few questions that we had. After seeing some bad reviews we were a little leery, but our fears were totally unfounded and we were very pleased with our experience. We are not normally ones to leave reviews on businesses, but felt compelled to do so here as it seems unfair to only leave reviews for places when you have complaints. Thank you Cooper Motor Company!

Couldn’t even fix a sandwich

Took my Cummins to them because the truck cuts off going down the road. Thought that since they have the largest inventory of 3500/4500/5500 Cummins trucks they knew how to work on them. Truck was up there 2 weeks and they couldn’t diagnose or fix the problem. They also lost my keys which had a keyless entry and they have not replaced what they’ve lost.
