Purchased a 2012 BMW x5 from this dealership Tom was my sales agent, very nice easy going guy. They let me get the car checked out by BMW before buying which was awesome. One day after the purchase my water pump went out ($1,200 repair). This was unforseen even by BMW. I called the dealership and they took care of it......so far so good since then. Overall I had a good experience with them and would definitely refer them to a friend. A company that stands behind their product alway has my vote!

Fixed my A/C
My A/C went out on my car and I thought about what it would cost to put a new unit in, turned out to be a leak in one of the lines. It's so cold I cant drive it on its coldest setting. Thanks Bill

Bad service
i called to see if i was approved turns out I wasnt but no one bothered to call me back to tell me when they said they would i had to call back......didnt buy

Not a good experience
This auto store offered for sale a 1970 Cadillac Coupe de Ville Convertible that I was very interested in discussing as I am a collector of only 1970 Cadillac's. I am sad to say and disappointed that I never received a return telephone call or an email from the dealer. Hopefully in the future, the website will be monitored closer so that something so important does not fall through the cracks. Most sincerely, SJN, South Carolina

Nice people
Emailed about a vehicle but they got back to me immediately- said the vehicle was sold. Made a special effort to ask me what I was looking for and they would help me with it. No pressure- nice people- I called them later and great and friendly responses.
