Our salesman was excellent. He was not pushy,knowledgeable and smooth. He did waste our time. We were able to test drive and do numbers within minutes. No hassle just listened and got job done.

The customer service was horrible, management even worse. A car should never have to have a rebuilt transmission, Cadillidic converter, and motor all in 1-1/2 years, no kidding, they said they checked it out, but after my daughter(who is in college) literally had to be towed into their shop 4 times, enough is enough, never had a place care so little about their customers.

We have bought vehicles from Nash Chevrolet for over 25 years. Recently we wanted to trade our 2014 Impala in for a 2018 Impala but there weren't any available. Boy, was I disappointed!
