Bought a 2025 Mazda CX5, sales and staff were nice.

Bought a 2025 Mazda CX5, sales and staff were nice. Though I would recommend going to a different dealer for purchase. If not for 0% apr promo I would have canceled purchase after 2 disappointing facts. I was told that included with every vehicle was door edge guard, window tint and interior protection. Later during signing I was informed that the this inclusion costs me $795 and that I could not opt out due to the apr promo. I was then informed that none of this protection was already applied to the car and would have to return later to the dealer to get it installed. Door edge guard was poorly installed and already began peeling the first day. After signing we also were told that someone had lost 1 of the keys that come with the car and that we had 30 days to come back to get a new key made or we would forfeit being able to have a new key made on the brand new car that they lost. When opening the new key fob to see what batteries I would need to buy when they go out I found that this new key fob did not include the metal key inside in case of failure of the key fob. Unless they have a promo or a used model that you are looking for I would recommend either going to a different dealer or arrive prepared.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mazda

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mazda CX-50 from Jim Ellis Mazda, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. I flew in from out of state specifically because of the outstanding professionalism and communication I received from Seth during the negotiation process. He was upfront and honest, and we were able to agree on a price that both parties felt was fair given the current market conditions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly welcomed by Anjanie, my face-to-face salesperson. She was not only lovely and positive, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product she was selling. Anjanie made sure that every detail was covered, and she answered all my questions with confidence and a genuine passion for the Mazda brand. Her customer service skills are truly top-notch. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with Oleg, the Finance Manager. We encountered a minor issue stemming from a misunderstanding about the extended warranty coverage I was considering. However, Oleg's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were apparent as he quickly resolved the issue. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing the exact extended warranty that I wanted, and at a more than reasonable price. Overall, my experience at Jim Ellis Mazda was exceptional. Because of the outstanding service I received from Seth, Anjanie, and Oleg, I will most certainly keep them in mind for my future Mazda purchases. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, and I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well. They have truly earned my trust and loyalty.

OUTSTANDING! We could not be happier with the Jim Ellis experience. Everyone at your Dealership was extremely knowledgeable and we did not feel at all pressured. Seth was our original contact and lead us to Anjanie who made it a pleasure! She was wonderful to work with as well as every member of your team. We will certainly highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to our family and friends. Rhyan was great with the paperwork and finance advise. P.S. I am probably going to contact Mia in the near future...I probably have a number of areas that I might need her help with...I must say that I am a little timid about pressing buttons and controls and I am sure she will be a great help. We LOVE our new CX-50 and so does everyone we have showed it to...it's a BEAUTY!

I purchased a 2019 pre-owned Mazda Miata MX5 this Saturday. Everything about my experience was top notch. No Hesitation with Recommending this Dealership. We had a great experience at Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta. Our sales representative Seth was a pleasure to work with, very straightforward and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make this experience as easy as possible, no pressure at all. He worked with us on a price that was reasonable and at the end of the day we drove away with our new CX-5 with no regrets. We also had a very pleasant experience with Lance while he went through the "paperwork/finance" side of the sale. The process was quick and painless. Mia assisted us with the delivery end of the process, explaining vehicle/entertainment features as well as ensuring both our Mazda App was working and our phone connected to Android Auto before our long drive home. If you’re considering making a purchase, it would be worth your time to check them out for yourself. An overall great experience with a professional sales team.
