Great car experience!
Dennis is the best. No pressure sales and a wonderful selection. They even cleaned and straighten my license plate before putting it on my new car. Can’t say enough about the wonderful service, great price and warranty options.

I had a very good experience with European Engineering. My salesperson Dennis Shea was very responsive and helpful through the complete purchase process. He gave me a fair value for my trade and followed up numerous times to make sure my expectations were being met. I would definitely buy from European Engineering again.

Great experience
Purchased a used Mazda from European Engineering. The price was good and the service was outstanding. They were very patient and accommodating, working around my busy work schedule to help me get the sale completed and the car picked up. They also worked directly with my lender to get the paperwork completed in my absence. I will definitely check their inventory in the future when I find myself in need of another vehicle and I will definitely recommend them as a dealer to be considered by friends and family. Poor service and questionable vehicle quality
I’d definitely think twice about purchasing a vehicle from these guys. I had several issues that I tried to address with them while still within my so called “warranty period” and they refused to make good on any of the cars issues. Also, they refused to give me a ride when I was in route to make my purchase, yet they offered this service to another customer right in front of me. Not a trustworthy business and they certainly don’t back the vehicles they sell. It’s your problem once you leave the lot.

In response to this review I would like to share what happen. So we did speak over the phone a few days ago and you told me you love your new car and it is driving great !!!. You said while the car is still under lemon law warranty you wanted to go over a few minor problems you are having. The rear speaker in blown and the spare key is 50% functional. I told you that I would be happy to look into pricing for you and give you my wholesale price and help you out on labor. I did say that these issues are not issues that are covered under warranty as the warranty covers mechanical and safety issues only. It is sad to see how we just spoke and you told me you loved the car and now you are upset. Also you say I gave someone a ride and not you ? This is not true as I did not give any customers a ride you live over a hour away from us so to pick you up would have taken 2 hours from start to finish and we do not pick any customers up for delivery. All in all sorry that we can not fix your minor issues you are having and after we spoke a few days ago you said you LOVED your car and it is driving GREAT !!!! I feel it is unfair that you did not state the issues you had in this review and when we spoke you said car has been great and you loved it. No warranty will cover a rear speaker or a key.

Luca & Dennis were wonderful to work with.. We got a great deal on a beautiful car for our daughter. We will be back when it’s time for other daughter to be on the road 👍🏻

Traded in our CRV for a Tiguan
I Reached out to European engineering when I saw they had the model I was looking for at a great price. I went over for a test drive and was met by Dennis and took a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure to fix any of my concerns with the car before proceeding. We got a very reasonable deal on our old car and are pleased with the experience.

they sell lemons
I have had more problems in the MONTH that I have owned my car than I have had with any single car I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot. Purchasing with Dennis was a painless experience, and I felt like I had protection since I purchased from a dealer and not some joe schmoe off the street. When the first problem came up, Dennis was responsive, however, once the list of issues continued to grow and I started to push for a buy back, it became clear that the owner is a shady person with no moral code what so ever. tire pressure light (not a huge deal until they cant find the reason..eventually resolved after twice needing to bring it back), burning oil, randomly not starting, engine misfires, engine skipping...the list continues to grow. Don't make the same mistake I did...take your money elsewhere!!! I will warn every consumer over and over to stay far far away from this dealership

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We offered to work on your car and we stand behind any vehicle that we sell. It takes some time to complete diagnostics on a vehicle and it takes some time to have the car's computer reset itself. I'm sure we offered to look at any problems that incurred within the warranty period but most times you will have to leave the car with us in order to get all electronics reconfigured correctly. I guess you and our service department were unable to find a suitable time to correct any issues under warranty. Please call us and speak to your salesperson and we should be able to work something out.
