great experience

Great customer service Paul was my Sales rep who really took good care of me and Matt was able to give me a great deal and even called me back to sign off on an even better deal with even lower monthly payments. I love my new honda cr-v .

Kenneth Woods

Great car salesman Justin Pounder

This is the third new Honda we have purchased from Carey Paul Honda. Each experience was excellent which is why we continue to go to this dealer. The vehicle we just purchased is a 2015 Honda CRV and we absolutely love it. Justin Pounder sold us this vehicle and was so eager to please. He listened to us, no pressure whatsoever, and produced exactly the vehicle we wanted. I had shopped around and talked to a lot of sales people but I absolutely would recommend and refer anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to Justin and this dealership.

Great Service

Great Experience at Carey Paul Honda. I went in to have my vehicle serviced and cannot stop thinking about the great service I received from Kenneth the service advisor that helped me. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative about everything. Definitely will be back and will recommend their service department to friends. Ask for Kenneth is was wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience with your entire service department. Amy Richardson was very helpful and knowledgeable in walking me through the entire process. You will always have my business. I will be referring many of my friends to your dealership. My customer service and quality of repairs was excellent!! The star above would not work on these two categories.

Great car salesman Ricky Saxton wonderful spirit!

I total lost my car 3 days before Christmas and a few days after just stopped by the dealership ship met one of the nicest car salesman ever he so nice actually all the salesman are ,he said don't worry you will ride to night and sure enough I did I appreciate all the kindness they provided during a trying time .Also great finance department Matt.

Beware of deals made on used vehicles

We purchased a 2002 Toyota Solara from this dealer a few years back with 85k miles on it. Purchase was in agreement for them to replace timing belt and water pump. They produced service order showing 5.5 hours and a part number for a "T Belt." Last year engine failed due to worn out TIMING CHAINS. They wanted $5000 to install used engine, and would not re-imburse $800 timing belt job. Service manager and general manager agreed due to I did not pay for these repairs out of my pocket, no re-imbursement was due. Purchasing this used vehicle was in agreement that they would replace timing belt. It was financed 4 years. I paid out of pocket 48 months for a job that was fraudulently represented with labor listed and v-belt description changed to "T-Belt, which I have service order to prove. I would have fought in court if I had the money necessary. New vehicle purchases can not be trusted as this type management runs throughout a dealership.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRIENDLY!

If you are in the market for looking for a New/Used vehicle then I would recommend to ONLY go to Carey Paul Honda.If you are seeking a dealership with honesty and integrity, then I would definitely choose this place. This is my 2nd purchase of a new vehicle in 4 years. The GM Dave sold me my CRV back in 2011, and the salesman Jaime Isaza who just sold me my 2014 Accord has been by far the BEST salesman that I have ever done business with. There is absolutely no pressure when it comes to buying a car from this guy. He actually listens to you, and tends to your every need of what you are looking for in a car. What impressed me the most was that he was very passionate about his job, and loves talking about and explaining a vehicle's product features. Truly genuine person. Furthermore, this wonderful experienced tricked down all the way to the Sales Mgr. Lennox and to Mark in the Finance Dept. (funny guy). This was without a doubt one of the smoothest transactions ever and such a painless process. If you are looking for a New/Used car, or are in the market to trade your current vehicle then I would suggest to call Jaime Isaza to receive Excellent Customer Service.
