I knew this place was different when I came in to see the car and I was handed the keys to the car I was interested in and said go ahead and take it for a drive. The process could not have been easier and I love the car got a great deal great warranty recommend to all!

We just bought our 2nd BMW and are very pleased. The dealership is spotless, has plenty of vehicles to choose from and great sales staff. Kristen was very helpful getting all our paperwork straight as we are from Canada. It's worth the drive. We figure we saved approximately $8000 on our first car compared with purchasing in Ontario. Will definitely go back & recommend them to friends & family.

Checked website found the car i wanted to see.. drove over an hour and half to get there.. and Kristen wasnt even there! i called and i guess i was a bit early but she seemed agitated and said she would meet me at their service location??? oh ok.. so went there and she took me out to look at the car and guess what.. it was the wrong car. yup right on top of things.. well after we looked at the one i was interested in.. they didnt have any dealer plates for me to test drive.. then after completely lieing about the issues with my car for a trade in.. i left.. i brought my trade in to a BMW dealer to check over and they said Sutherland outright lied. That was the deal breaker not the fact that they only offered 1/2 of what my car was worth..

Kristen and Paul at Sutherland Auto made buying my car super fast, convenient, and easy! They happily met every request I made, and Kristen even picked me up at home to come take delivery of my car! They were upfront and honest with everything they knew about my cars history, and we're overall really wonderful to do business with! Definitely recommended!!

Great experience working with a honest, friendly and professional sales person Kirsten was all that and more, from the first time talking with her on the phone, to the day we purchased our 2012 volkswagen TDI. She was the first dealer that showed us past history of the vechile good or bad, without having to ask for the information. She also was the first who informed us of bottom dollar amount of total purchase of vehicle, on the day deciding to purchase our volkswagen to the day signing paperwork / driving our new car home No hidden surprises.

It all started by looking at their website which is great. There is a lot of pictures and navigating through their inventory is quite easy. I was amazed that I wasn't pressured to buy. All the staff is just great; Tony, Kristen, Chris & Paul. I was looking for just one car and we ended up buying two. The cars are in pristine condition and there is enough inventory to choose from. They were very patient through the whole process as we test drove several cars. They went above and beyond to make us happy. I will definitely go to Sutherland to buy another car.

Kristen made our 2012 VW Routan purchase a good experience for us. We saw the van online, looked at it on a Sunday. Went back on Monday with the down payment. Picked it up Tuesday & paid for it. It was as easy as that. Kristen made all this possible. The cars are spotless, few miles and "no smokers". I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a quality car.

Tony was very helpful in our process to obtain a new minivan. We came in knowing what we wanted and he helped us get there easily and quickly and didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. I had been looking for a toy - specifically a yellow, VW bug convertible. Found it at Sutherland's. Drove the bug on Monday, took delivery on Thursday. The car was pristine, very reasonably priced, negotiations were fast and fun ( not the norm when purchasing a car. ) When I arrived to pick up the toy, she was sitting out in front with the top down ( 12/20 Br-r-r-r ) clean as can be and awaiting to be driven to her new home. Kristen, our sales person, was a delight to deal with, informed, answered all our questions and made the whole experience just as exciting as it should be! Everyone we came in contact with at Sutherland treated us superbly and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! Hats off to you Sutherland for understanding the importance of " customer service " and for the high calibre of people associated with your dealership!!
