My wife and I bought a MB E350 Convertible from Malones a few weeks ago. As I reflect on the process all I can think of is how honest they were. There was NEVER a moment where we felt that any of the Malones guys were being dishonest. Having bought many cars in my life I was rather skeptical that the car they were selling us was as good as advertised at a price that was about 5k lower than some at big dealerships. I asked to have the car checked out by my own people. Dave said "no problem." He knew there was nothing wrong with that car because he would not be selling it if there was...but we didnt know that. We took the car to our guys, they said.."you should buy this car." We did, and could not be happier. The buying process took about 30 minutes, they were so much more organized than the big dealers we visited who needed to spend hours with us. I must say after shopping at dealerships for a few weeks, and then finding Malones..there is a huge difference. Malones simply blows dealerships away in every facet. The bottom line for us is that we now really TRUST Dave Malone, and his very experienced team to take care of us with a great car at a very fair price. Let someone else take the depreciation hit, buy a slightly used car from Malones, you will be glad you did.

Service work done in June and having breaks replaced. Price is reasonable

Back in June we took our car to see if it need brakes only to find out we need a brake flush. Was a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and they provide loaner car. Will continue to do business with Malone's.

I bought my car from Malones last year in May. The customer service I received from Malones was awesome. I had a situation where I hit the side my garage and scrapped the side of my car and the white paint from my garage scrapped the side of my car. I called Dave Malone he told me to come by and let him look at it. I was so impressed that when I got there Dave actually got the paint off. There was employee there that told Dave that he would do it, and Dave told him no, that he would. I was so impressed with that because Dave took the time out to do it himself. What awesome customer service. Anytime I have called Malones for questions as a new Mercedes owner each employee was very friendly and assisted me. The type of customer service I receive from Malones is the kind you wish you could get on a daily basis from other business. Also, when I go for services at the other location I receive the same awesome customer service. If you are in market for a great deal on a car, friendly employees and professional service. When I am in the market for another car Malones will deifinitely be the place I will go. Stop or call Malones they know how to treat you good.

I have purchased 2 cars through Malones and I have had them serviced over their lifetimes with the service department. Service has also been thorough and great. From Scott, Tim, Adam and the rest of the crew, they have always been professional and conscientious. They have sourced the best value for parts and for completing the job.

I purchased a Mercedes ML 350 from Malone's Automotive recently and had an excellent, pleasant, easy experience. Dave Malone was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, straightforward and his team follows his lead. There was never any pressure - only a feeling of customer service. I was looking for a specific exterior/interior color combination and within a few hours of my first visit to his site, he found the vehicle I was looking for online. He had it shipped from TX to GA and it was in terrific condition - as good as new. I had running boards installed and that was quickly done in his shop in a day or two.Other dealers should take a page from Malone's.

Malone's Automotive is one of the best car dealerships around! A plus customer service. Very professional! Bought my SUV eight months ago and couldn't be more satisfied. The service department is great as well. They only replaced what needed to be replaced at that time. I also had them to remove a large door ding recently and honestly the job was done so well that there is not even a trace that one ever existed! Trust me, you're in good hands if you purchase from them or use them for their other services. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Sometimes its the little things that stand out and I can assure you that Dave Malone and Staff do just that! Everything was up front and I am well satisfied with my 2010 S550 Mercedes. I like doing business with someone you trust and look forward to my next trade there.

Malone's was a great car buying experience. They are no-haggle pricing, which I found to take a lot of pressure off during the financial transaction. The cars in their inventory are in wonderful condition, and they really take the time to clean them up properly. When they were detailing my purchase, they noticed that the battery was low and actually told me about it. Then they replaced it for me and delivered the vehicle to me when it was done. I couldn't have asked for a more honest, down-to-earth group of guys to buy a car from. I will buy from them again.
