Porsche Main Line

Being a customer service customer for a long time. So impressive with the service team that I drove from central Jersey to Main Line for service, passing many other Porsche dealers. So when I wanted another Porsche, I was recommended to Erik and it was a fantastic experience. Beyond knowledgeable, he understands what the customer needs and those latent needs, and gets you into a car that is spec’s that exceeds expectations. So when I wanted another Porsche, Erik stepped up and helped spec a lifetime desired model. Picking it up in a week, and it will be special for me. Thank you Erik for helping me create a one of kind experience I’ll hope to enjoy for a long time.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike exploring the possibility of a new porsche, sadly the timing of my purchase and what I wanted and availability didn't lead to a purchase. From initial visit to delivery, this was probably the most pleasant and enjoyable car- buying experience I have ever had. 1) There is enough inventory at this dealership to help you make informed decisions on the myriad of options available for a custom order (colors, wheel finish, rear axle steering, etc) 2) Jesse and Ryan provided insightful recommendations on options and I never once felt like I was being "upsold" on something. 3) I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. 4) Jesse was great at texting updates as my car was being built. This was very meaningful and really added to the experience. 5) The actual delivery day was an experience I'll never forget. Lots of thoughtful small touches that make a big impression. I don't want to ruin the surprise for others hence I'm deliberately vague here. Thank you for this Jesse! 6) I have 2 other Porsche dealerships much closer to me. But it's worth it to me to travel to Main Line for all the above reasons.

Jesse made the buying experience extremely easy. I was not local which made the experience even more daunting at first- but with Jesse and his knowledge of Porsche it made it so easy. From Start to finish it was such an easy process. Jesse even offered to help with finding transport for my vehicle. He took time out of his schedule several times to find similar vehicles on the lot that had the type of options I wanted- he facetimed me, took photos and just wanted me to make sure I was happy with my decisions. I give Jesse 10 out of 5 stars for my experience on buying my 2023 GTS:)

Absolutely incredible service and experience from initial walk-in, to deposit, to build, and then delivery. Jesse and the Porsche main line are like family. 5 star experience all the way!

Jesse Facer simply goes above and beyond consistently. He knows Macans to 911s to limited edition cars and explains and simplifies it all so gracefully. And so patiently. He loves people and cars equally. For example, he encouraged me to drive a 911 GTS when I asked about the car super casually (instead of talking about back orders and demand like others) which made me want one. Once I got an allocation he allowed me to drive manual vs PDK cars that he sourced (all in short supply on the lot), he was a blast to spec a car with (he is super knowledgeable) and finally he spent half a day on my unveiling and delivery if a GTS earlier today! Above and beyond consistently. So grateful and he is exceptional. Jesse was super fun and respectful to work with. I especially liked how he could go deep or explain basics - depending on what I wanted - around mechanics, tech, value, and design across the whole Porsche range. I highly recommend calling Jesse without any reservation!!
