Excellent customer service
When the SUV I purchased had issues with the seat belt sensor that could not be resolved, Bobby Hensell (Sales manager) and Raymond Eggert (saleman) went the extra mile to make sure the situation was "made right" and that I was happy with our solution. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.

Tire replacement
I went in to just get a tire replaced and already had the tire in my trunk and as after waiting an hour and 1/2 they come out to tell me that I had a flat tire and it needed to be replaced... I then informed them that is exactly why I came and what I told them at the start. It then took them another hour and 1/2 to put that on and when I got in the car, they only filled the new tire up half way. It was a very poor experience and do not think I will return there even though I bought the car there.

everyone smiles when you enter the building. Vicki Bodet is very nice. Neil wanted to update my Tuscon but i don't him i couldn't part with Jimmy Buffet. i explained my car is caribbean blue and i was a parrot head.
