Jon beech was great
Easy, no hassle process. I saw the car I wanted, we negotiated over text and phone. Everything was ready when I got there and the car was in the condition he had promised (super clean!). Everything was streamlined and nothing was upsold. Adam Avalos was great in finance as well. John would be the first person I would go to for my next Porsche.

Porsche Boxster Service
Recently, my Boxster was in need of a bit of service - the check engine light came on. I immediately called Walter's Porsche Service & met up with my Service Advisor Henry Quezada to discuss my options. As always, Henry greeted me with a smile & courteous greeting. Since I had told the Service Rep on the phone why I needed an appointment, Henry was aware of that, he gave me an approximate time frame as well as costs for analyzing. I also asked him to check a couple of other things which he said would be taken care of. Since my car was not available for a couple of days, he arranged for a loaner vehicle; I was on my way within less than 30-minutes. Henry called me in a timely manner to discuss the services that were needed & recommended. He explained each service, answered all my silly questions, then provided me with a time of completion. When I picked up my car, Henry reviewed all services that were completed, we discussed those services he recommended to be done in the future, then Thanked me for my patronage - all with a smile. Walter's Porsche and Henry Quezada are who I suggest to others. You will be well taken care of and always with a smile.

Fantastic Porsche Service
Mike Barcelona is a Rockstar! On my way out to Vegas and I stopped in to have my oil topped off as I was nervous about the level. Mike greeted me, checked my oil, found out I had a little road trip planned and then proceeded to top me off, check my tire pressure and wiper blades. I drove off feeling confident about my trip and Mike made sure I had a couple of bottles of water for the haul. Highly recommend - service like this is hard to come by!

Disappointed
Had me apply for financing and then sold the car . Decitful is my take on this dealership. In my opinion I was no more thn a stalking horse . Finance person never responded . Now I’m worth north of $15,000,000 so financial capability was not n issue

Thank you for the feedback here; I am very sorry the car you wanted was purchased by someone else. We certainly did not engage with you for any other purpose than selling you a car. I'll look into this further but the hard part here is that all cars are for sale until someone buys the car. I understand that you are taking the proper steps to purchase a car; like having us get you approved for financing and helping quote your payments to further your research but I am sorry to say that it does not prevent someone else from buying the car. I am sorry this happened and we are willing to see what we can do to make it up to you with possibly another vehicle. Why don't you reach out to me and we can see what we can do to help.
