They care more about a lunch break than work.
Went in for a oil change and they explained I was the last vehicle before lunch break. I was standing outside, and I saw several techs standing around my truck and climbing on it. I heard one say "just let it go", so i asked what was going on. They explained they dropped a "bolt" in my engine bay. Before I finished up, I made the associate notate the issue for my sake. I left, and immediately turned around to head back after talking to a personal friend that is a service manager in South Georgia. I then came back to the dealership. After I explained it needed to be fixed, they agreed. After resolving the issue, I was informed it was a SOCKET. Not a bolt. If they didn't drop it in my engine bay, say screw it when it was time to go to lunch, and allow me to leave, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, they left for lunch, told me it was a bolt, and allowed me to leave with the assurance "it will fall out when you are driving". To be a service professional, you should definitely know the difference between a bolt and a socket. I am perplexed as to why I was allowed to leave.

Emergency
I started smelling raw fuel in the cab of my ‘14 Silverado. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in the next morning, but warned me they already had a full schedule. I brought it in and had a diagnosis within a couple of hours. A cracked fuel injector. Luckily, they had the part in-house and were able to fix it that day. I was stuck at work so the guys in the service department delivered it to me by 4:00 PM. Awesome experience.

Certified work but didn't meet expectation
I had called twice in the weeks before the service to schedule a courtesy vehicle. When I arrived early, the process for check-in was scattered and three different attendants were milling about as guests began to stack up. Finally, I was greeted and asked why I was there. I dropped off the vehicle and was told there were no courtesy vehicles because that has to be pre-arranged. I mentioned to Steve that I had tried several times and he got with the service manager. They were able to put me in a Chevy Equinox. I was in a hurry because the process had taken so long- and did a quick walk-around with Steve. As I was driving off, I noticed the console was sticky - I found that the back seat was stained with crumbs and goo, the floors were littered with crumbs and mud, the console had sticky drink residue and the door was sprayed with soda. I wanted to clean it, but took photos instead and left it to show the technician upon return. I mentioned it to the check-out counter and there didn't seem to be an urgency for anyone to address the situation or my experience. It is possible that the cleaning crew skipped this vehicle or didn't have time to clean it prior to it being re-issued. Though I was grateful for the vehicle - I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of pride in your product. Otherwise, the service seems to be effective and my concerns with my personal vehicle were addressed and resolved.
