It all started with Marcus...He was an absolute delight and incredibly knowledgeable. Bill Gados (spelling may be wrong) is someone who understands business and how to treat a customer. We will be back as long as they are there.

Best Buying experience ever!

We were greeted with masks on and our temperatures taken and everyone was respectful of distance because of the novel Coronavirus. We were greeted immediately in a friendly manner and kept the praise of every step of the process by Tiffany who was an excellent service facilitator. When I emailed her she answered promptly and was very informative.

Great service
This was my first maintenance since I purchased my new 2020 Accord from Hennessy. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Tiffany got me checked in and in less than 30 minutes, she had me on my way. She took the time to help me with some settings on the car that I had decided I wanted to change. She also made some suggestions for me to keep in mind for maintenance as cars have changed since I bought my 2006 Accord.

Great Service
The service was great. My temperature was taken, which is very good at this time. I was kept up to date with the progress of my service. Diana Zuspann explained what was done and up dated me on what may be needed in the near future. I was glad there was social distancing in the waiting area and employees were wearing masks.
