Welcoming. Efficient. Flexible. Heather is a knowledgeable and no pressure sales rep. She gave me a he opportunity to drive a used Sierra 2500 diesel overnight and on a lengthy drive to get a feel. This was critical in my choosing to purchase through Heather. The dealership didn't have exactly what I wanted but found the truck I needed within 24hrs and had it delivered to their location. I saw a Cronic GMC internet price on essentially the same truck for $10k less. Heather had no hard feelings when I went to Cronic to investigate. Lining up with low price bait and switch stories at Cronic heard from others, I discovered this tactic was true. I returned to Bellamy Strickland and they reduced them previous price for coming back. Honesty and integrity are what I look for and Heather and Bellamy Strickland exemplify both positively.

Ronnie gets it done, polite , knowledgeable for sure. pays attention, asks what you’re interested in,not dictate what you should look at or buy ! No high pressure sales approach, which is greatly appreciated, I’m 68 and don’t care for that as I have encountered at other dealers .i looked and purchased a new truck in far less time than I had spent just looking at other dealers. I’ve been here before, and would surely buy again, and definitely will recommend it !
